How to program Toyota Corolla Altis 2016 all smart keys lost with by Autel MaxiIM KM100 via OBD2 without apb112 emulator.
Note:
For newer Toyota 2018-2022, rolling code is required, example: Autel KM100 2019-2022 Toyota Corolla Flip All Keys Lost
For Toyota 8A blade key all keys lost, gbox and 8A AKL adapter is required. example: Autel KM100 Program Toyota Fortuner All Keys Lost via 8A AKL Adapter
For this Corolla 2016, you don’t need code or adapter. Follow 3 steps to program all keys lost.
1. Backup Immo data
2. Generate simulator key
3. Add smart key
Step 1:
Go to IMMO- Toyota- Automatic Selection- Other- Corolla/Auris- Smart Key- Control Unit- Keyless System (CAN)
Select Backup immobilizer data
Save eeprom data
Backup succeed
Step 2:
Select Generate simulator key
Generating simulator key
The simulator key is generated successfully. The simulator key can be used to turn on the ignition on and can be used as a registered key to perform ‘Add key’ function.
Keep the Autel KM100 antenna close to the key sensing area.
Press Start button to start ignition
Step 3:
Select Add smart key
Put a new smart key to be programmed close to the Start button.
Wait until add key is completed.
Test the new key.
Done.
This car has a key but the remote stopped working when I inspected the remote. The back was so far damaged I couldn’t repair it.
turn the key to the unlocked position watch that passenger door lock
connect PLC200 dongle with vehicle via OBD and pair PLC200 with KM100 via Bluetooth
I gonna do the remote desktop and i will go and log on to that
hit the teamviewer id to allow access and now we have control
even though we have a key i want to see if it does all keys are lost.
we are going to do it as all keys lost
Go to IMMO function- Toyota
Auto scan VIN very fast
Decode VIN and check vehicle information, it is a Corolla 2020
see it is 2020
Immo status scan
Autel KM100 says one DTC in the immobilizer
we go head and do the quick erase up on the top right there
You don’t have DTCs when you are programming key on this car.
Go into Immo Learning- Immobilizer – Immobilizer Reset (all keys lost)
The driver’s door is open
Copy and paste rolling code here
go ahead and hit OK
it’s gonna take 16 minutes to reset immobilizer so we’re going to hit ok turn it off, remove the key and turn it back on
it should do the 16 minute countdown
so pretty cool.
Go back let’s do the add key
Turn ignition on with a master key
we input the password
switching off remove the key
Insert the smae key and leave ignition off
Leave the ignition off
cycle the key on and off eight times
car starts ok
this thing works for that
let’s go and do the remote side
hold Lock and unlock
let go and hit unlock
there you go
we’re clearing the remotes
and we’re programming the new one at the same time
That’s it pretty quick still 16 minutes plus remote program, nothing different
just for $500 you can do this car and a bunch more.
You can use it instead of im508 im608 on many vehicles to program keys as it’s simple and easy to pack/unpack and compact, it’s convenient.
