Answer:
A:CGDI Prog MB needs activation when you receive it. Please follow the steps as below:
1. Download Benz Monster Latest software Here, there will be user manual too in the software catalogue
2. Install software on your laptop, activate device yourself from menu Online Store.
You can choose "Blue Member One Free Token Lifetime" or "Silver Member Two Free Token Valid 180 days" online yourself.

Q:Sometimes CGDI MB users have network issues. It won’t do anything that connects to server. Error “Request Processing Failed”
Answer:
A:Possible reason:
1. Server is down (will recover soon)
2. Network issue.
3. Update firmware.
If still not working, in CGDI MB menu, go to Option and select region, Choose China, America, Europe One by one until it works.
